
Mom's Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1lb. ground beef
- 1 Tablespoon canola oil
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 12 ounces egg noodles
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Pre heat a large skillet on medium-high heat, add oil and ground beef to sear. Spread quickly to an even layer, allowing it to brown on one side. Flip and break up ground beef to cook through. Add salt, pepper, onion powder, paprika, and fresh garlic, cook fully.
- Stir in Worcestershire and Dijon followed by beef broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer over medium heat.
- Add egg noodles, covering them in liquid; simmer uncovered until soft, about 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in cream cheese and sour cream.
